Power point is a famous application of Microsoft office. This was released by Microsoft in the year 1987 and there are so many different versions which are available now in recent years. In general PowerPoint is been used by business people, students, trainers. The main advantage of PowerPoint is its presentation. PowerPoint has many templates which can be used. There are various templates for various categories. PowerPoint Presentation can be presented in individual page or either has slides. These slides can be projected on to a screen using a video projector. The advantage of using PowerPoint Presentation is that they have animation, transitions between slides, sound. For each and every slide we can have different sound produced. For each and every slide we can have an animation.

Adobe Flash is a product of Adobe Systems. It is Multimedia software created by Macromedia. Flash was developed in the year 1996, since then it has become popular. The major advantage of Flash is its animation and its usage on webpage. PowerPoint presentations and flash presentations are almost similar. Slide Shows are nothing but normal PowerPoint Presentations and Movies are nothing but continuous animation. Flash Presentations include music, video clips, and also has interactivity options like play control, status bar, volume control, hyperlinks etc.
